Another Successful Casino Night
July 24, 2009 by admin
Our second annual casino night proved to be just as great as the first. There was plenty of food and winners with everyone enjoying themselves.
With this being our first black and white affair which meant no kids, it was an evening for the parents to enjoy each other which they did.
As I looked around the room you could see the determination winners to be. Their faces showed us all that for this one lone night of fellowship we didn’t mind placing huge bets with no regrets, what a night.

Upon arrival everyone was greeted by Steve with a coupon which got them started with playing chips which equaled one hundred dollars. But in order to get to the tables everyone had to pass Beverly Clayton who was doing a masterful job of liquor distribution for those who inquired. Angela Morales did a great job of helping Beverly empty cups of wine…We really appreciate her contribution to the cause.
Photos were taken all through the night with smiles filling the room. ( Please see photo gallery ) We had a lot of new faces mixed with some old familiar one’s which made for fun fun fun. Prizes were given away at the end of the night with Barbara McLaughlin excepting for the Lipton’s who won the Flat Screen Television, gift cards were also won as well.
I would like to thank all that supported and continue to support Pressure Basketball, without you, we don’t exist. As usual special thanks to the ladies who really run this program…Helen Else, Debbie Turner, Beverly Clayton, Sally Mitt and also Barbara Thomas and new comer to the family Angela Morales. Guys you know who you are Keith, Marshall, Aaron, Paul, Steve, Eric and newcomer husband Louie. Thanks for always willing to give a hand when and where it’s needed.
Our Las Vegas trip is approaching fast please see the tournament and practice schedule for more information. Thanks again to all see you soon.
