Tuesday Talk

Tuesday’s here again and this is where we’re at. The Tiny tots had a rough weekend win wise but, I did see improvement individually from some players. As soon as we find a way to carry that over to a team stand point the wins will come. Also, the girls seem to be making rapid progress week end and week out.

We’re a little shorthanded right now but, as soon as Jay, Dylan, and Quinton return the coaching staff thinks some of the ills will be corrected.

Our 7th grade team is searching for a leader and identity but, with everyone being fairly new to the “club-ball game”, no one has figured out just yet, how to step up and be the one. Quinton S. shows a lot of up side to his game and we’re sure he’s going to become a really good player as soon as he gains some experience. They’re making progress and by January we will see marked improvement.

Well, we let one slip away again do to chemistry and the lack of trust for one another. However I see signs of improvement every game but maintaing the pace for the whole game is what we’re struggling with right now.

Just paying attention to the smallest of details will create a winning environment. All of the pieces are here now it’s up to the staff to put it together. We’ll go back to work this weekend, make some small adjustments and then try it again in a couple of weeks. I BELIEVE…DO YOU?
